Substitution Policy for Flowers: In some instances, the photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual arrangement may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case, the floral designer will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.

Substitution Policy for Gift Baskets: In order to keep the integrity and quality of our gift basket we may have to substitute certain products, due to seasonality, weather and/or specialty items. If this were the case, we would substitute the item and/or items only for items of equal or higher value.  We assure that although product substitution may be necessary the overall look and quality of the basket will not be affected.

Product Descriptions – Paradise a La Carte makes every effort to be as accurate as possible. However, Paradise a La Carte does not warrant that product descriptions or content of any Paradise A La Carte product or service sold is accurate, complete, reliable, current or without error. If a product offered by Paradise a La Carte is not as described your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. From time to time products may appear different than showed on our web page.  Manufacturers at times change their packaging without prior notice.

Delivery of Alcoholic beverages requires a signature from an authorised representative who is over the age of 18 and who can provide proper documentation at time of delivery.

Only individuals over the age of 18 may purchase alcoholic beverages, identification will be required.

Returns – Delivery charges are not refundable unless merchandise is damaged or defective.

Cancellations – Immediate deliveries require cancellations to be requested within 15 minutes after placing the order to avoid incurring delivery charges.

For orders with advance purchase of a four day window cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date to avoid incurring delivery charges.

Delivery Costs and Minimum Orders

Orders of:

  • 25,00 € or under incur a 13,95 € delivery fee
  • 74,00 € or under incur a 5,95 € delivery fee
  • 75,00 € or over qualify for free delivery

  • If your flight, plans or trip have been cancelled, please advise as soon as possible, if the order has not been delivered or has not been sent out for delivery we will refund your order in full.
  • If your order has been delivered, please advise the lodging representative and we will send a courier for delivery of the order. We will refund your order less deliveries fees both ways and any perishable items that may not be returnable. Special orders may not be returned.

No.  You do not need to present to receive your order.  Please indicate:

  • When you would like the order delivered
  • Address and Name of your holiday accommodations
  • Telephone number of your holiday accommodations, if available
  • Name of Representative if known at your holiday accommodations
  • Sign acknowledgement indicating your preference for deliveries to be left with an individual, such as a concierge or office manager, and/or authorized representative.
  • Please advise your holiday accommodations that you will be having a delivery sent to you before you have arrived.
  • Please note-if perishable items are to be delivered there must be refrigeration available at the holiday premises to insure the quality and safety of the perishable product.
