(1) Select the basket or tote you would like to use and add the item to your cart.

(2) Select the products and/or items you would like in your elegant basket or tote and add them to your cart.

(3) Upon checkout, select the items with a check mark that you would like in your custom basket or tote.

Please Note-Due to the nature of the material and the give-The tote is not recommended to bear weight in excess of 6 kilos or its equivalent of 13 pounds. Weight above the recommended or misuse may cause the handles to detach from the tote.

We will attempt to accommodate all the items chosen for your custom basket. Due to the size and weight of certain items, some items may not be able to be included in the actual basket. Should this be the case, we would personally contact you, so you may choose what items are desired in the basket and which would be included separately in a smaller vessel. You may add order notes of instruction for your custom basket at the time of your checkout.

Substitution Policy for Gift Baskets: To keep the integrity and quality of our gift basket, we may have to substitute certain products due to seasonality, weather, and/or specialty items. If this were the case, we would substitute the item and/or items only for items of equal or higher value. We assure you that although product substitution may be necessary, the overall look and quality of the basket will not be affected.
