Dried fruit, nuts and seeds (45%) [sultanas, raisins (9%), dried apricot (7%), (apricots, preservative: sulfur dioxide), pumpkin seeds (4%), sunflower seeds, flaked almonds (1.5%), roasted hazelnuts (1.5%)], oat flakes, toasted and malted wheat flakes (wheat, barley malt extract), barley flakes, wheat flakes.
