Deliveries days
Cities of: Nerja, Frigiliana, Torrox and La Herradura are Monday through Sunday.
Cities of: Malaga Capital and Marbella are Monday through Saturday.
Delivery Hours
Delivery times for customer orders are available from 9:00 until 22:00 hours from Monday to Saturday based on the delivery route. From 9:00 to 14:00 hours on Sundays based on the delivery route. The scheduled time and date of delivery will be based on the city of where it is to be delivered as well as the day and time in which you placed your order.
Delivery Times and Dates
Paradise a La Carte will deliver your order to the address indicated at the time of your order checkout.
We are expanding our delivery service to include new cities as well as striving to reduce the delivery wait time to the existing cities we deliver to.
Orders placed in advance (within at least a 4 day minimum time frame) can be scheduled to the specific time and date needed in the cities we deliver to based on the delivery route.
Delivery times are not guaranteed but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Delivery will be subject to change and will be determined at time of order.
Holidays are excluded in the calculation of delivery times. If there is an unexpected delay, we will make every effort to deliver the next business day.
Signature from an authorized representative at time of delivery is required.
Delivery of Alcoholic beverages require a signature from an authorized representative who is over the age of 18 and who can provide proper documentation at time of delivery.
Orders Delivered in approximately 2 hours
Nerja – Orders delivered to Nerja will be delivered in approximately 2 hours. Monday through Sunday based on the delivery route.
Frigiliana – Orders delivered to Frigiliana will be delivered in approximately
2 hours. Monday through Sunday based on the delivery route.
Torrox – Orders delivered to Torrox will be delivered in approximately 2 hours. Monday through Sunday based on the delivery route.
Orders Delivered in approximately 4 hours
La Herradura – Orders delivered to La Herradura will be delivered in approximately 4 hours. Monday through Sunday based on the delivery route.
Orders Delivered Next Day to 48 Hours
Malaga Capital – Orders delivered to Malaga Capital will be delivered the next day after 10:00 in the morning if your order was placed before 18:00 hours the previous day. If your order was placed after 18:00 hours we will deliver approximately within 48 hours from time the order was placed. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday based on the delivery route.
Marbella – Orders delivered to Marbella will be delivered the next day after 10:00 in the morning if your order was placed before 18:00 hours the previous day. If your order was placed after 18:00 hours we will deliver approximately within 48 hours from time the order was placed. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday based on the delivery route.
Delivery Costs and Minimum Orders
Orders of:
25,00€ or under incur a 13,95 € delivery fee
74,00€ or under incur a 5,95 € delivery fee
75,00€ or over qualify for free delivery
Cancellations
Immediate deliveries require cancellations to be requested within 15 minutes after placing the order to avoid incurring delivery charges.
For orders with advance purchase of a four day window cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date to avoid incurring delivery charges.

Returns
Delivery charges are not refundable unless merchandise is damaged or defective.

If a product offered by Paradise a La Carte is not as described your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
