Whole wheat flour (28.5%), wheat flour, water, sugar, yeast, vegetable oils (sunflower, soya) in varying proportions, salt, whey powder, oat fiber, emulsifiers: E-481 and E-471, preservatives: E-282 and E-200, wheat gluten, stabiliser: E-412, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid and flavouring.

May contain traces of nuts, eggs, soya, sesame and/or products thereof. Source of fibre.
