Pale and bright yellow. It offers fresh floral aromas (orange blossom), on a fruity background (russet, banana) and an intriguing exotic note (lychee).
The palate is light, silky, with good acidity and nice Persistence. Excellent as an aPeritif and as a companion for rice, seafood and fish.
